چکیده

Objectives: Lower extremity muscles are critical for maintaining dynamic balance and athletic performance. Fatigue of these may affect balance. It is unclear whether fatigue in a particular muscle group can more than that other groups. This study was conducted to evaluate compare the effects 5 groups on volleyball players. Methods: Fifteen healthy male players separately performed Star Excursion Balance Test before immediately after occurrence ankle Plantar Flexor (PF), knee extensor, flexor, hip abductor, adductor muscles. Composite reach distance anterior, posteromedial, posterolateral directions were recorded, accordingly. Results: Repeated-measures Analysis Variance (ANOVA) data indicated all significantly decreased mean score composite (P<0.001). Anterior, scores following extensors PFs (P<0.05). Discussion: suggested regarding score, ankle, knee, similarly However, evaluating three main revealed presented prominent explored players’ balance, compared
